Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions below are a set of our rules and statements that users of your learn to swim service will have to follow and agree to if they wish to use the service.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully and ensure you understand them. If you have any questions relating to the terms and conditions please do not hesitate to contact iSwim2.

 

PAYMENTS

Enrolments for Learn to Swim will be cancelled if FULL payment has not been received by the student’s second lesson, unless you have made alternate arrangements with management

MAKE UP CLASSES

Two missed lesson make up classes permitted each term. Your make up classes must be taken in the current term and are subject to availability. They are not transferable to cash or carried over to the next term​

CREDIT

For credits due to injury or extended illness, a doctor's certificate is required and will only be issued from the time of the doctor's certificate being received. To receive a credit for missed lessons due to illness or injury the student is required to be absent for a minimum of three weeks. Condition of receiving a credit due to missed lessons from either an injury or illness is the student forfeits their current day and time of lesson

REFUND

Refund of fees due to cancellations are considered on an individual basis and in accordance to the nature of the request e.g. relocation. If a request is approved, the refund will only be paid from the day the request is received by iSwim2. Please note, if a refund request has been received outside of business hours then the refund will be calculated from the next working day. A $25 administration fee will be incurred for all refunds​

CANCELLATION

If iSwim2 cancels your lesson then we will reschedule or refund the fee. There are no swimming lessons on public holidays. If your lesson occurs on a public holiday you will not be charged

SUPERVISION

Students 15 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible person 16 years or over. Supervision of all siblings is the responsibility of the parent/carer/guardian and require you to be actively supervising them

ARRIVING LATE

Classes will not be extended for late arrivals. Swimming lessons are as important as other activities. iSwim2 encourages students and their parents/carers/guardians to take their responsibility seriously and attend lessons on time and regularly.

HANDBURY CENTRE FOR WELLBEING, GEELONG GRAMMAR SCHOOL

Adherence to the conditions of entry set by the Handbury Centre for Wellbeing is required of all iSwim2 customers
