This website is owned and operated by iSwim2, to whom all rights and copyrights/patents are owned.

The imitation, duplicating or storing of any part, other than for personal reasons, is forbidden without specific written authorisation from iSwim2.

While every attempt is made to guarantee the content is accurate and free of inaccuracies, iSwim2 reserves the right to revise and update information at any given time.

Use of this website signifies an arrangement with the terms and conditions set out below.

Terms and Conditions of Purchase

  • Upon confirmation of order an invoice will be issued

  • A non-refundable deposit of 5% is required for your order to be processed

  • Any custom designed sliding hooks will be ordered at the time of deposit

  • Custom made additions are at the expense of the purchaser

  • Full payment is required prior to delivery

  • Any replacement parts are at the cost of the purchaser. Contact iswim2 for pricing

Terms and Conditions of Use

  • The platform is not designed to be used as a trampoline: no jumping, bouncing or any misuse. The platform is intended for a safe seat for students to sit/stand on whilst waiting their turn. Students can take turns in jumping off the deck into the water as a controlled activity under the guidance of the swim teacher. Swim teachers are responsible for the monitoring of activities and behaviours. At no point should swim teachers turn their back to their students

  • When placing Platform Edge in the water, the following instructions are recommended:

    • The platform is in the vertical position prior to lowering it in the water

    • The pins holding the platform in the vertical position must be taken out prior to lowering it in the water

    • The rubber stoppers (near the wheels) must be resting on the side wall of the pool when lowered in the water

    • The 3pt connector/pad arm must sit at a right angle to the pool after lowering into the water with the vertical tube touching the pool side

    • The sliding hook must be secured into the coping or grate so there is no movement of the pad and sliding hook

    • The deck can be gently lowered to a horizontal position once platform is secured

    • The pins are then reinserted into the horizontal pin position of the deck to add extra security whilst being used

  • When removing the platform from the pool, the following instructions are recommended:

    • Remove the pins from the horizontal pin position

    • Put the deck back into the vertical position (water will drain from the deck and holes)

    • Loosen the sliding hooks from the secure coping/grate location

    • Lift the platform from the water by holding both the top bar and deck

    • Insert the pins back into the vertical pin position to ensure the platform does not lower to the horizontal position and cause toppling

    • Wheel back to the storage area

  • Ensure proper care and maintenance of your platform is carried out. Information for caring and maintenance is on the website and a hard copy is included in your purchase documentation

  • The platform, when used correctly is a sound, safe and functional swimming pool platform which may last for many years

  • If you are using Platform Edge in an outdoor pool, please ensure you do not leave it in the water after use. Remove from the water and store away in an area that protects it from outside weather conditions

Refund/Return Policy:

 When a customer purchases through iSwim2 they acknowledge that they have read and understood the applicable Terms and Conditions/Refunds outlined in the Purchase Document and agreed upon by signature at the time of purchase.

  • iSwim2 will not issue a refund for opened/used products (i.e., taken out of the box and used). All returned products must be disassembled and packed in an as new condition, fit for re-sale. If this is not the case, then the returned item will be refused, or you will be charged in line with our terms and conditions

  • Refunds are considered for warranty purposes only. The warranty can be viewed by following this link iswim2.com.au/platformedgewarranty/

  • Refunds are not considered for change of mind or misuse of the platform e.g. improper handling, jumping, bouncing, lack of care or maintenance or any other action deemed inappropriate

  • If approved, the purchaser is responsible for returning the platform, in its original condition and fully packaged, and will incur any associated costs. Arrangements can be made for iSwim2 to collect the platform, however, a minimum fee of $200 per platform will be charged

  • After the platform has been returned to iSwim2, we will inspect the platform to ensure all components are re-saleable. A fee of 15% will be charged to cover the cost of inspection and repacking the platform into a new box

  • If the platform has been returned with missing parts and/or damage through lack of care, misuse and/or maintenance the purchaser will be subject to charges for repairs/replacement

  • Any custom-made additions, paid for by iSwim2, will be deducted from any approved refund

  • You must notify us, in writing, of your wish to cancel the order within 7 days of receiving the goods, and the item(s) must be returned within 14 days

  • Paid GST and any initial freight costs will not be refunded

Freight and Delivery

Freight cost is advised at the time your order is received. All efforts are made to expedite your order, however, as there are third party services involved iSwim2 cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. iSwim2 will keep you informed of its progress.

Purchase Order Acceptance

Acceptance of the above terms and conditions are required to confirm your purchase.  You are required to complete the Purchase Document, then read, sign and return via email to lyn@iswim2.com.au.

If you have not received an email confirming your order within twenty-four (24) hours, please resend or contact Lyn on 0413 33 6615.

Please note that for any custom-made sliding hooks, once your order has been processed by the manufacturing company you are unable to make additional changes. If changes are necessary, then the purchaser will incur any additional costs.
